💸 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Coffee & Chaos Co., every product is custom printed just for you — which means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

❗ What qualifies for a refund or replacement:

 - Your item arrived damaged or broken

 - There’s a printing mistake (wrong design or size than what you ordered)

 - You received the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us at coffeechaosco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

 - Your order number

 - A clear photo of the item and issue

We’ll make it right — pinky promise.

🙅♀️ What’s not covered:

 - Ordering the wrong size (please check the size chart!)

 - Changed your mind after the order was placed

 - Small variations in print color or placement (this is normal in custom printing)

 - Delays in shipping due to carrier issues (we wish we could drive the truck ourselves)

Since everything is made-to-order, we can't accept returns for reasons outside of manufacturing errors.
